Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Career Flow Coaching provides career coaching services, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Career strategy development and goal setting
• Resume review and optimization
• Interview preparation and mock interviews
• Job search strategy and networking guidance
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Salary negotiation coaching

The scope of services is determined by the coaching package selected.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Participate actively and complete any assignments or exercises
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your career, work history, and goals
• Respect the schedule of sessions and provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling

3. Payment Terms

• Package fees: $1200/month, $800/month, or $800/month for group coaching.
• Installment Plan: If an installment plan is agreed (e.g., $400/month), payments continue until the total fee for all sessions delivered is fully paid, even if the Client stops coaching early.
• Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Service Agreement.
• Payment obligations are independent of job search outcomes.

4. Session Scheduling and Cancellation

• Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.
• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, will be forfeited.
• If the Coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. Confidentiality

• All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
• Coaching may include discussion of personal, professional, and career information.

6. No Guarantees

• Coaching is not therapy, legal, or financial advice.
• Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your actions, effort, and external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Career Flow Coaching.
• Clients may not reproduce, share, or resell materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Coach's liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
• The Client is responsible for decisions and outcomes resulting from coaching.

9. Package Changes

• Clients may request to switch packages (e.g., from $800 to $1200/month) subject to availability.
• Any changes may result in adjusted payments based on the remaining balance for previously agreed coaching sessions.
• Payment obligations from prior sessions will continue under the agreed installment plan until fully paid.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Payment obligations for services already delivered remain in effect, and the installment plan will continue until full payment is received.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
