Coaching engagements
Career Flow provides career coaching services. Coaching is advisory in nature. Outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances; we make no guarantees of specific career outcomes, compensation, or employment offers.
Billing and cancellation
Subscription engagements bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal link we send with your first invoice. One-time programmes (group cohorts) are non-refundable once the cohort has started.
Confidentiality
We treat the content of coaching sessions as confidential. We may share anonymised outcomes (with your written consent) as success-story content.
Data and privacy
We collect information you provide via forms (name, email, message content) and usage analytics through PostHog. We do not sell your data. Email is handled by Resend (transactional) and Google Workspace (replies). Payments are processed by Stripe. Cookies are described in the consent banner.
